Where execution starts to drift

Most NPI problems do not begin with a major failure. They begin when sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing decisions move without enough coordination, pressure, or documentation.

What we take ownership of

We support the decisions that most directly affect lead time, tooling outcome, cost, and build readiness. That includes supplier screening, technical follow-up, quote comparison, issue tracking, and escalation when execution slows down.

Why generic sourcing support is not enough

A responsive supplier is not necessarily the right supplier. A competitive quote does not guarantee a controlled outcome. Coordination without technical judgment is not execution control.
