No Guarantees
We help reduce manufacturing risk, but we do not guarantee final product cost, certification results, supplier performance, production yield, or market success. Final outcomes depend on product design, supplier agreements, testing results, production execution, and client decisions.
Responsibilities
Factory quality obligations are governed by the client’s agreements with factories. Certification results depend on accredited testing labs and final product design. Clients remain responsible for final product liability, import compliance, and regulations in their selling markets.
