Monthly or per-stage — which should we choose?
Per-stage gives you a bounded commitment and a clean exit after each stage; monthly is more economical once the project is clearly moving through multiple stages. Many clients start per-stage and switch.
Do you replace our engineering team?
No — we manage the process and the factory. Your team keeps design authority; we make sure their decisions get implemented correctly and on schedule in China.
How do you report progress?
A weekly written status report plus a live issue list you can check any time, with calls scheduled in your time zone.
What if the project pauses between stages?
Per-stage engagements simply pause — you owe nothing between stages. Monthly engagements can be suspended with notice.
